The changing of the year is a good time for reflection and 2012 has been a very good year for Franklands. 

• We have been awarded Chartered status which is the gold standard and recognises the professionalism of a select few Insurance Brokers. 

• Several of our colleagues have completed examinations which means we have achieved the unrivalled position whereby 100% of our advisers hold a qualification.

• We were runners up for the Commitment to People Development award at Derbyshire's Best Business Awards.

• Holly Geach was named the Young Achiever of the Year Award by the Nottingham Chartered Insurance Institute.

Thank you to all those involved in this year's success. First and foremost our clients, but also my colleagues, our external partners and our stakeholders.
