To arrange cover we will require: -
If you have an additional property to be insured:
- A completed proposal form (see link at bottom of page)
If not previously insured under the EMPO Scheme:
- A completed proposal form (see link at bottom of page) together with your New EMPO Membership Number

- Take the details of your claim over the phone, in most cases removing the need to complete an incident report form
- Help outside normal opening hours with practical advice and assistance
- Arrange replacement of goods lost or stolen using the latest product information
- Take control of the management of claims from start to finish.
