Why it is important to review your liability indemnity limits

The increasing litigious society we live in coupled with legislative changes has meant we are seeing claims that can potentially exceed £20,000,000.

As a result we are now recommending that you carry a minimum limit of indemnity of £30,000,000 in respect of Employers, Public and Products liability.

Why it is important to review your liability indemnity limits

It can be hard to imagine that when you have Employers, Public or Products liability cover of £5m, £10m or even £20m that there may be times this can be insufficient.

However the increasingly litigious society we live in coupled with legislative changes has meant we are seeing claims that can potentially exceed £20,000,000.

As a result we are now recommending that you carry a minimum limit of indemnity of £30,000,000 in respect of Employers, Public and Products liability.

Our guide, which can be downloaded, provides the rationale behind this recommendation and how we can help you put the right level of cover in place.
